Our Team

Jennifer

Jennifer began working at the clinic in July 2010 having previously worked for 15 years in the hospitality industry.

Karen 

Karen began working here in October 2000.  Originally from White Horse, Yukon, she has lived in many parts of Canada before settling in P.E.I.  She has a son Matt and a golden retriever, Kayla. Karen enjoys watching hockey and baseball games especially if her son is playing. 

Tracy

Tracy began working at the clinic in the fall of 2008.

Laura

Laura began working at the clinic in the winter of 2010. She comes to us from the United Kingdom and lives with her husband and rescue dog Jessie.

Tracey

Tracey began working at the clinic Spring of 2011.

Michelle

Michelle joined the clinic in the fall of 2007. She graduated as a Veterinary Technician in 2003. She currently lives outside Charlottetown with her husband, daughter Claire and her two cats Yoshi and Toad.

Katelin

Katelin began at the clinic in April 2010 having graduated as a Veterinary Technician. She moved from New Brunswick and has recently purchased a house outside Charlottetown where she lives with her partner Justin, 2 dogs and 3 cats.

Kimberly

Kim started working at the clinic in the Winter of 2012. She moved from St Johns to PEI in August 2012 with her partner Michael, 2 cats and 1 dog. She has undertaken her Veterinary Assistant course and has 3 years previous experience.

Sarah 

Sarah has been working as a veterinary assistant with us since 2004. She comes to us via Fredericton, NB where she received her BA at St. Thomas and has since gained her B Ed.  She moved to P.E.I. with her boyfriend Chris in 2003 and received her diploma as a Veterinary Assistant.  They currently live with their dog “Bruin” and four cats.

Dave Pineau

Dave has been with the large animal department of the clinic since 1990.  He deals with large animal sales and does the purchasing for the entire clinic.  Dave comes from a successful harness racing family in South Rustico and still lives in the area with his wife Michelle.

Jennifer Trainor

Jenn started at the clinic in the fall of 2006.   She graduated from the Veterinary Assistant course in Charlottetown.  Jennifer is a sales clerk in the large animal department.  She lives in Earnscliff with her son Colby.

Our groomer Shari , has been working as a full time dog/cat groomer at the clinic since April 2002.  Originally from Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, she has been living on the Island for 21 years.  Shari and her husband Craig live outside Charlottetown with their daughter Jenna, dogs and cats.  She is actively involved with the “Fast n’ Furious” Flyball team and dog rescue.
